AFTERCARE 2025 – GRADE R

Parents interested in enrolling their child in Grade R can email aftercare@panoramaps.co.za with their child’s name and contact information. Only the parents of accepted Grade R learners will be contacted regarding available spaces, as space is limited. Please reach out to the school for more information.

PLIGTE EN ROETINE VAN TOESIGHOUERS

Ons beskik oor 13 toesighouers by die nasorg.

• Each supervisor maintains a sign-in register and a list of curricular activities for their respective groups.
• Parents should call the following numbers when collecting their children at the Grade R gate: 0661787971 or 0767954755.
• Only authorized personnel are allowed at the center. Parents and other visitors must wait at the Grade R gate, where a staff member will assist them.
• Graad 1 & 2 leerders word deur hulle toesighouers by die skool afgehaal. Hulle word daar afgemerk en die klasonderwysers moet die leerders wat afwesig is, rapporteer. Leerders wat direk na skool vir sport gaan en reeds op die buitemuurse lys aangedui is, verklee by die skool en gaan direk vanaf die klasse na die sportvelde. Na die oefening moet die leerders direk na die sentrum terugkeer en by hul onderskeie toesighouers aanmeld.
• Parents must inform the center if their child will be picked up by someone else or will leave on their own. Aftercare students cannot wait at the school gate without prior notification to the center.

SPEELAREAS

• Grade R learners play separately on their playground. If it rains, the children remain in their classrooms.
• Graad 1 tot 7 leerders speel buite op die rugbyveld. Indien dit reën, bly hulle in hulle afsonderlike klasse.
• Die areas word ten alle tye beman deur die toesighouers.

HUISWERK

• Two Afrikaans and two English supervisors collect Grades 1 and 2 students between 13:00 and 14:00 and take them to their classrooms.
• Students in Grades 3 to 7 attend their respective classes from 14:45 to 16:30.
• Daar is ten alle tye personeel wat toesig hou in die klaskamers.
• Parents must inform the school in writing if they do not want their child to do homework at school. Conflicts between extra-curricular activities and study time will result in the loss of study time.

VAKANSIEFOOIE

Holiday fees are not included in the monthly Aftercare fee. Parents must pay a fixed daily rate in cash for their children’s attendance during holidays, and a receipt will be provided. No other payment options are accepted. Funds for creative activities will be provided.

NASORGFOOIE

Fees must be paid by debit order for 10 months, from February to November, on or before the first day of each month. If payments are late, the aftercare service will be terminated immediately, and parents will be notified by SMS and in writing. Available spots will be offered to learners on the waiting list.
