AFTERCARE 2026 – GRADE R

Parents interested in enrolling their child for 2026 can email aftercare@panoramaps.co.za with their child’s name and contact information. Space is limited!

AFTERCARE TIMES

During the school term:      12:30 – 17:30
Last day of school term:      10:45 – 17:30
School Holidays:                  07:00 – 17:30

DUTIES AND ROUTINE OF SUPERVISORS

• We have 13 supervisors at the centre. Each supervisor maintains a sign-in register and a list of curricular activities for their respective groups.
• Parents and visitors are not allowed on the premises and should wait by the Grade R Gate for assistance or when collecting their child.

PLAY AREAS

• Grade R learners play separately on their playground. If it rains, the children remain in their classrooms. Grade 1 to 7 learners play outside on the field. If it rains, they go to their respective classes.

HOMEWORK

• Supervision is always provided.
• Parents must inform the school in writing if they do not want their child to do homework at school. 

HOLIDAY FEES

• Holiday fees are not included in the monthly Aftercare fee. Parents must pay a fixed daily rate in cash for their children’s attendance during holidays, and a receipt will be provided. Funds for creative activities will be provided.

AFTERCARE FEES

• Fees must be paid by debit order for 10 months, from February to November, on or before the first day of each month. If payments are late, the aftercare service will be terminated immediately, and parents will be notified by SMS and in writing.
